About Us
Brief History About Us
Rural Action Development Program (RADP) is a community – based organization established in 2023 and committed to building empowered, resilient, and sustainable communities. RADP works with children, vulnerable households, women, youth, and other underserved members of the community.
We take an integrated, community – driven, rights – based and locally led approach to addressing interconnected social, economic, health, educational, environmental, and governance challenges. Our work focuses on strengthening individual and household resilience, promoting inclusion and participation, protecting the rights and well-being of vulnerable groups, and creating opportunities for communities to become more self-reliant.

Through mentorship, community engagement, case management, capacity strengthening, advocacy, referrals and linkages, climate-smart agriculture, livelihood development, and strategic partnerships, RADP works alongside communities and stakeholders to develop practical and sustainable solutions to local challenges.
We are committed to locally led development, working with communities not simply as beneficiaries, but as active partners in identifying priorities, shaping solutions, and creating lasting change. Through strategic partnerships with government, civil society, development partners, and other stakeholders, RADP seeks to strengthen community systems, expand opportunities, and contribute to inclusive and sustainable development.
