We Conduct Community campaigns and advocacy initiatives on child protection, anti-Human Trafficking, Health, Food Security and nutrition and Climate Change Adaptations to raise awareness and drive policy change.
Education and Capacity Building
• RADP Provides educational support for children, especially orphans and vulnerable children to ensure they have access to quality education. For example we supply scholastic materials, uniforms and educational resources to support learning.
• Conducts training sessions for caregivers/parents on parenting, child rights and child development..
• Offers skill –building workshops to empower community members in areas like climate –smart agriculture, environmental stewardship, and sustainable livelihoods.

Health and Well-beings
RADP promotes community health and well-being through health education and awareness, nutrition support, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), menstrual Hygiene Management and preventive health practices. We support vulnerable children and households, including children living with HIV, through community-based support, follow-up, referrals, and linkages to essential health and social services.
Child Protection Initiatives
• At the RADP, we are committed to protecting children from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Our Child Protection Program focuses on prevention, response, and reintegration, ensuring every child has a safe and supportive environment to grow and thrive. We focus on the most pressing child protection issues in our communities like Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Child abuse and neglect, Child labour and Child trafficking, Forced Labour and Modern slavery. We provide practical, compassionate, and community-based solutions to safeguard children by;.
• Raising awareness in schools and communities about children’s rights and protection.
• Identifying and supporting at-risk children through trained volunteers and caseworkers.
• Providing case management and referrals to health care, legal aid, shelter, and psychosocial support.
• Supporting recovery, reintegration, and family empowerment for rescued children..
• Monitoring progress to prevent re-exploitation and ensure long-term safety.
