Rural Action Development Program (RADP) officially onboarded Cohort 1 participants into the Seeds to Success Project, with support from SHOFCO. The initiative seeks to empower young people through climate-smart agriculture, entrepreneurship, employability skills, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. Participants were introduced to lemongrass and mint production, value addition, agribusiness, and market access, laying the foundation for their journey towards economic empowerment and resilient livelihoods.
Participants successfully completed practical training in organic farming and spiral vertical gardening, equipping them with practical skills in climate-smart agriculture. Their enthusiasm, active participation, and commitment reflect a promising start as we continue empowering young people to build sustainable agribusinesses and resilient livelihoods.
